We offer three types of UK dispatch service, Standard 2nd Class, Priority 1st Class,  and 5 working day express on orders received before 12.00 noon. Express orders also includes next working day postal service - this is on top of your 5 days to process the card.  If you add this option to your order please use a delivery address where your order can be signed for.

Orders dispatched within service chosen by Royal Mail , please allow additional time for Royal Mail delivery. We are not responsible if the Royal Mail does not deliver on time.

PERSONALISATION INFORMATION

Do not exceed the max number of characters for personalisation, as your order will be rejected by the designer, and we will need to contact you, hence delaying the process of your order

Please be careful when entering your personalised details and ensure that all spellings and capitalisations are correct,  as what is entered into the personalisation boxes,  will be copied directly into the product

Due to the personalised nature of the personalised cards, they are a non returnable item
