Half petticoat with adjustable elasticated channelled waist it is fully lined using polyester lining, it is designed with uneven tiers, so to provide fullness towards the bottom of the dress or skirt.with a sealed tunnel to hold the optional light weight metal bone hoop at hem.
This petticoat design is ideal for dresses that fan out towards the bottom, netting and hoop provides the extra volume, ideal for wearing underneath a First Communion dress to give extra fullness
The designer recommends this petticoat should be 2" shorter than the dress.
