How to Reserve a Communion Dress
Our 2017 Communion dress has now arrived. If you see a Communion dress on our online website that is either due to arrive in stock or you require a dress in another size or colour that we do not hold stock and you wish or pre-order or reserve it; we are happy to place ONE Communion dress on reserve for you or arrange (if possible) for another size to be ordered. You can do this by calling our boutique on 01932 570486.
Reserve a Communion Dress Payment Details
When reserving a Communion dress we will require a 50% initial payment to be paid on the price of Communion dress you wish to reserve. The initial payment is your conclusive acceptance of our Reserve a Communion Dress Terms and is non-refundable
The remaining outstanding balance will be due at the time your Communion dress is collected or dispatched to you.
Once your Communion dress has been dispatched you will have 14 days to consider if the Communion dress is suitable, if you decide the Communion dress is not suitable and want to return we will be happy to exchange the Communion dress for another style Communion dress but we will not be able to offer a full refund, unless we are unable to find a suitable alternative. Any refund will be minus 50% inital payment..

How to Place a Pre Order
You may pre-order a Communion dress in one of three ways:
1. By visiting our boutique in Chertsey, Surrey.
2. Order online from our website www.firstholycommunionday.co.uk
3. Contact us by telephone by calling 01932 570486 or 07766 782311.
If ordering online or by phone please make sure that measurements are taken accurately and dress age/ sizes are chosen carefully from the designers dress measurement chart. First Holy Communion day cannot accept responsibility for measurements taken by a third party
Placing Your Pre Order
We will only begin to process your pre order and assign an estimated delivery date upon receipt of the following information:
a. Communion Dress Style, Code, Name, including fabric colour
b. Communion dress age/size
c. Child's measurements, if relevant.
d. Payment details
e. A pre order Communion dress is a standard size as advised on the designer’s dress measurements chart, so any alterations that maybe required is the responsibility of the customer
Confirmation email or signed pre order sale that all details are correct and the dress age/size ordered by you is the correct age/size required and that you understand that there is a estimated production time and that a pre ordered Communion dress is a final sale - expected delivery date 00/00/0000
NB: Variations of colour, fabric pattern on lace and trims, as pre order Communion dresses are made to order, some variations in colour and pattern may occur. These are not faults but just the nature of handmade items.
Communion dress photos in our brochure and on our website are representational and may not match the actual fabric. Variations may occur between different fabrics
Payment Details

Every pre ordered Communion dress will remain the sole and absolute property of www.firstholycommunionday.co.uk and Communion Angels until the customer has paid in full. If you prefer you can make full payment when placing the pre order.
Changing or Cancelling a Pre Order
Once your initial payment has been authorised, your pre order will be a confirmed order and will be scheduled into the designers production queue, so that the designers start to select and cut material according to your size, so it is a tailor-made Communion dress purchased by us especially for you, we cannot make changes to a confirmed pre order.
Estimated Delivery Dates for a Pre Order Communion Dress
Due to the inherent variables in custom manufacturing, all delivery dates quoted are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for pre-orders that arrive late due to manufacturer delays. We will advise of approx. expected delivery date, these can vary between 10 - 16 weeks. We consider the expected delivery date can be up to 4 weeks later than expected date to still be "Acceptable & on Schedule".
www.firstholycommunionday.co.uk or Communion Angels will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for late deliveries
When your Pre Order Communion Dress Arrives to us
When your pre order Communion dress arrives to us from the designer it will not be available as stock for other customers to purchase.
We will contact you by phone or email when your Communion dress arrives with us, so we can arrange for a collection appointment at Communion Angels, or arrange to ship your order and arrange for the outstanding balance due to be processed, we need to hear back from you within 14 days or you may forfeit your initial payment.
If you decide to cancel your pre-ordered Communion dress your initial payment will not be refunded.
NB: Any Communion dress which has to be specially ordered (pre order) in a colour or size of your choice and is not therefore held by us as a stock item will be deemed a custom order. Pre order Communion dresses are cut specifically for you.
Shipping & Delivery
We will not dispatch your Communion dress for delivery or permit any Communion dress to leave our shop until full payment has been made.
If you require your pre order Communion dress to be posted - All Communion dresses are sent by an insured service so will incur a £10.00 delivery charge
