First Holy Communion Day dispatch and delivery charges explained.

IMPORTANT - We currently use a paypal checkout process, which does NOT offer dispatch and delivery service options at the final checkout process, dispatch and delivery service options need to be selected and added to cart BEFORE checkout.

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

The costs incurred by Royal Mail and Debit/Credit charges mean that commercially we need to have a minimum order value of £4.00 which is applicable to all on line & telephone orders. Orders under £3.99 will incur a £3.25 postage charge.

RECEIPT OF ORDERS - First Holy Communion Day download orders from their website servers between office hours Monday - Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm.

Any orders placed on line after 4.30pm will be received and processed by staff from the next working day at 9.30am. Orders placed on line after 4.30pm on a Friday will be received and processed by staff on a Monday, or Tuesday if a Bank Holiday

PROCESSING ORDERS - Once your order is received, it is packed and shipped according to the delivery option you choose. When your order is dispatched, we will update your paypal transaction, and paypal will automatically send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE - We can guarantee our dispatch times, although Royal Mail provide our delivery service, so we do not guarantee any delivery dates.

If you're purchasing your First Communion products early, then take advantage of our free standard 2nd class dispatch service. DO NOT use this free service if you require the product in a hurry or specific date within 14 working days.

All our products are offered with free standard 2nd class dispatch and delivery service. The price shown on the product and at checkout is the final price you will pay.

Processing and Dispatch Timescale - Standard orders are generally processed and dispatched from our studio within 5 -10 working days of receipt of your order providing cleared payment has been received.

Royal Mail Delivery Service - Free standard 2nd class dispatch service is dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd class service, this is not a trackable service. Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class letters or packets by 3 - 5 working days after posting. Products sent by this service are not insured, If your package gets lost or damaged, Royal Mail will give you a minimum compensation of 12 First Class stamps. However, if there was something of value in your mail, Royal Mail will refund the actual loss, up to maximum value of 100 First Class stamps or up to the market value, whichever is the smaller amount

When to expect receipt of your order? We recommend that you allow 10 - 14 working days from placement of order to receipt of goods 14* working days during busy times. Please note working days are Monday - Friday.

FREE STANDARD 2ND CLASS DELIVERY WITHIN UK - For when time isn't important

The charge for Normal service is £4.95 per order and is only available for STOCK products. Not available for personalised products.

Processing and Dispatch Timescale - Normal 1st class orders are generally processed and dispatched from our studio within 3 - 5 working days of receipt of your order providing cleared payment has been received.

Royal Mail Delivery Service - Normal 1st class dispatch service is dispatched using Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery service. Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class Recorded letter or parcels the next working day after posting. Recorded delivery service requires a signature of receipt, This service is only trackable online after receipt of attempt of delivery. Products (except Jewellery) sent by this service are insured, If your package gets lost or damaged, Royal Mail will give you a maximum compensation of £39.00, please take this value into account, before using this service if your order exceeds this value.

When to expect receipt of your order? We recommend that you allow 5 - 7 working days from placement of order to receipt of goods. Please note working days are Monday - Friday.

NORMAL 1ST CLASS DISPATCH WITHIN UK - One of the most popular services

NORMAL 1ST CLASS DISPATCH SERVICE £4.95

The charge for Express dispatch service is £7.95 per order and is only available for STOCK products and orders under 2kg. Not available for personalised products.

Processing and Dispatch Timescale - Express dispatch orders placed before 1pm are generally processed and dispatched the same day providing cleared payment has been received.

Royal Mail Delivery Service - Express dispatch service is dispatched using Royal Mail special delivery next day service. Royal Mail aim to deliver special delivery next day letters or parcels before 1pm the next working day after posting. Special Delivery service requires a signature of receipt, This service is trackable online on the track and trace service. Products sent by this service are insured, Royal Mail When you use Special Delivery™ Next Day you can claim compensation up to £500 or the value of the item, whichever is the lower, If your package gets lost or damaged.

Please note that next day delivery ordered before 1pm on a Friday is guaranteed to arrive on Monday (ie next working day), NOT Saturday.
