IMPORTANT - We currently use a paypal checkout process, which does NOT offer dispatch and delivery service options at the final checkout process, dispatch and delivery service options need to be selected and added to cart BEFORE checkout.

If you want to upgrade your order for faster dispatch, just "add to cart"  the postage you require and proceed to paypal. If you have already paid for your order, and now require to upgrade your order just "add to cart"  the postage you require and only pay for the postage. Once we receive an e-mail with just postage we will match up the previous order received by e-mail address or customer name.

Postage & Packaging Costs - Dispatch Times.

Standard delivery orders are generally processed and dispatched within 5 -10 working days of receipt of your order providing payment has been received. So allow 10 - 14 working days from placement of order to receipt of goods 14* working days during busy times. All time scales exclude weekends where orders are normally despatched on the following Monday.

To avoid disappointment or additional worry about if your order will arrive in time, please make sure you add the correct postage service to your basket BEFORE, you proceed to Paypal Checkout. There is not a selection of Postage Options at Paypal Checkout,

Please Note: That at busy times, it may take us a little longer to dispatch items to you. Only Express orders are guaranteed as Royal Mail next day service.

Advance Notice

March, April, May & June are our busiest time of year and we receive a high volume of orders daily, orders are prioritised by postage option chosen. We do recommend 1st class post during APRIL, MAY and JUNE if you require your order within 5 - 7 working days.

We offer three types of UK postage services & One type of Overseas postage service:

Standard 2nd Class - 5 - 10 working days

We offer FREE postage and packaging on all standard service orders.

If you are ordering with this postage option, we recommend you order well in advance. We cannot guarantee Royal Mails recommended delivery times and cannot take responsability if orders take longer than the 10 - 14 working days stated to arrive.

Royal Mail & National Courier Delivery Services

We must state as part of our terms & conditions that once we have processed and dispatched your order and it has been accepted by the Royal Mail or National Carrier we are completely in their hands to operate their service. We regret that we cannot be responsible when your order may arrive later than expected or is lost in their service.

Delivery time information is provided by the carrier, usually the Royal Mail postal system, and exclude weekends and bank holidays. Note that Royal Mail delivery times may vary, particularly during peak period.

Most packets and parcels are sent via, Proof of Posting, Royal Mail Recorded Signed first class and second class mail or Special Delivery post. Parcels heavier than 2kg parcels are sent either by ParcelForce two day delivery service or Overnight Courier Service.

For insurance purposes of all parcels will require a signature on receipt, if the delivery officer cannot deliver he will leave a calling card to advise what action he has taken if he cannot get a reply.

The Royal Mail postman will return the parcel to your local posting or sorting office and you must collect within 5 - 15 working days, otherwise it will be returned to us. Should any order be returned to us by the carrier after an unsuccessful delivery attempt any additional charges must be paid by the customer. If the order is to be resent, the customer will have to pay for additional postage.

The ParcelForce driver will take one of three options depending on the locality of your address.

Either [1] take to a local post office for you to collect,

[2] try to make a second redelivery attempt the next working day or

[3] take back to the local ParcelForce depot for you to collect.

In each of these instances, a calling card will be left.

Whilst we make every effort to process and dispatch orders with all possible speed we regret that we cannot accept responsibility if an item fails to arrive by the required date. We as a company do not deliver the orders, we pay a third party company to provide this service for us, so we cannot accept responsibility for the delays that do occasionally occur when using carriers.

Overseas Delivery

Customs & Import Duties.

If you live outside the EU, please be aware that local customs & import duties may be charged to you when your parcel reaches your country. We have no control over these charges so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.

Order Progress

Express - Special Delivery - Orders must be received before 1pm for next day delivery.

If a guaranteed delivery is important to you, you should opt for Special Delivery if you are UK based, or International Signed For (registered airmail), which include insurance.

We will notify you via a Paypal e-mail the day your order is dispatched providing you with a tracking number, giving you the comfort that we have posted your order and us, comfort that the order has been received safely.

ITEM NOT ARRIVED?

Please check the estimate of delivery time given in the product description for the goods you've purchased, and postage option chosen, i.e. Standard, 1st Class,or Next Day. This information can be found on TRACKING ORDER. Once this delivery timescale has passed, wait a couple of days in case of delays in transit, then call your local Royal Mail depot giving your house number and postcode to check it has not been taken back there to await collection before being returned to us DO NOT ASSUME A CALLING CARD IS LEFT BY YOUR ROYAL MAIL POSTMAN.

Please do not contact us by phone until the estimate of time has passed and you have checked with your local Royal Mail office. When estimate time has passed please complete form on TRACKING ORDER

LOST ORDERS

We as the sellers are not responsible for delivery time or service provided by Royal Mail or National Carriers once your order has been dispatched.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost /misplaced in the Royal Mail Postal Service and your order has not been delivered after 15 working days of dispatch from our warehouse. We can then proceed with a claim from Royal Mail. So that we can process a claim we must be informed in writing or by e-mail by you within 15 working days if you have not received the order alternatively please complete the TRACKING ORDER form. When we have all the information required a full investigation will be carried out and you will be refunded or the item replaced.

We cannot send out replacement items until we have received confirmation from Royal Mail or National Carrier the order cannot be found, in the meantime you can place and pay for another order which we will process a.s.a.p as an urgent order, then once we have received our claim payment from Royal Mail or National Carrier we will refund your bank card via Payal or Worldpay.

Please be assured we are not happy if we do not receive the delivery service we have paid for, so will do our upmost to help you track your order.

Stock Inventory

Our stock inventory is updated on a daily basis. However, if the items you wish to purchase have sold out, we will contact you immediately to advise you of expected delivery date or you will be given other options or you may choose to have a instant refund.If an item is out of stock then your order may arrive with some items to follow, these items will be despatched as soon as stocks are available. Please dont be alarmed - it is normal practice for us to have all items displayed in stock but surges do happen where items are concerned and items can be out of stock.

In-stock items are despatched as per delivery timescales. Personalised Orders, Favour orders will follow on as soon as per delivery timescales.

Please note that although we hold stocks of all our items, we do recommend that you select your styles early to avoid disappointment. Re-stocking is not possible in the time available and we do recommend that you order early to avoid disappointment.
